Refund Policy

1. Digital Products:

   • All sales of digital products, including game keys, downloadable content (DLCs), and software, are final. We do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

   • Refunds will only be issued if the product is defective or not as described.

   • If you receive a faulty digital product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase with proof of issue.

2. Physical Products:

   • Refunds for physical gaming products (controllers, accessories, etc.) can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

   • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

   • Shipping charges for returning the product will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Pre-Orders:

   • Pre-orders for digital products are non-refundable once the key has been issued.

   • If a pre-ordered product is delayed or canceled by the publisher, you may request a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment):

   • Orders for physical products can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the item is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

   • Digital product orders can be canceled only if the product key has not been issued.

2. Subscription Services:

   • If you have subscribed to any services via GamingShark.in, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused periods.
